Captain Maurice Young has been fishing since he was a boy in South Florida. His areas of expertise include tournament offshore fishing throughout Florida and the Bahamas. He's highly proficient at reef and inshore fishing, especially in the Keys, Everglades National Park, and up the west coast to the Crystal River.
The captain specializes in live bait fishing for Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Tuna, Kingfish, Snook, Wahoo, Tarpon, Trout, and all species of Snapper and Grouper. He is passionate about catching large fish, so his Marathon, Dry Tortugas and Middle Grounds Snapper/Grouper trips have been extremely rewarding.
No matter what kind of fishing you would like to do, rest assured you'll be going with one of the top professionals with the skills, knowledge, boat, and gear, but most importantly, with the dedication and persistence that you'll catch the fish you're after.

About the Boat
The boat you’ll be using is a 36’ Yellowfin center console that sits up to 6 guests. This powerful boat runs on triple 300 HP Mercury engines and uses full-featured navigation technology to reach fishing spots quickly and safely. The boat’s outriggers, downriggers, snorkeling gear, and livewell, will all provide you with a great fishing experience. There’s even a multimedia system you can use as well as an ice-box.
